Brock (CEP) works in the 环境 and Planning group. He has more than two decades of experience in the transportation industry, including highway, 货运铁路, high-speed rail, 和运输.

Brock began his career in the Midwest, working with a large national A&E company on large, complex National 环境al 政策 Act (NEPA) transportation infrastructure projects across the country. He initially focused on primary authorship of environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and categorical exclusions focused on the social, 经济学, 土地使用, and environmental justice impacts of projects and other environmental elements. This experience led him to the Eastern United States, where he began managing and delivering NEPA documents and forming and leading environmental planning practices.

Brock has worked on numerous substantial NEPA projects, including Legacy Parkway in Salt Lake City, Utah; Avenue G Viaduct and Roadway Bypass in Council Bluffs, Iowa; West Dodge Expressway in Omaha, Nebraska; Big Four Bridge Pedestrian and Bicycle Access Ramp over the Ohio River in Jeffersonville, Indiana; and the I-69 Section 6, Martinsville to Indianapolis, Indiana Section, which is currently under construction.

自2015年以来, Brock has focused on regional and national environmental planning practice group leadership, concentrating mainly in the Southern U.S. Since joining us in December 2019, he’s been on the ground building strategic oversight of the geographic growth of our environmental and planning work in the East, with a particular focus on transportation.
